- September - Established SMT Asset Management Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary of Mercuria (Thailand) with majority shareholding by Thai Companies
- October - Origin Knightsbridge Phaholyothin Interchange - started asset management business
2019 - assisted to conclude a joint venture contract and conducted asset management work for the following project:

- The project is located 200 meters from Wat Phra Sri Station (Green Line), which is scheduled to open in 2020.

- Mezzanine investment for condominium development project of Origin Property, a listed real estate developer in Thailand.
- Escon Japan Co., Ltd., a real estate company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, participated as an equity investment.
- The project is located 100 meters from Thiphawan Station (Yellow Line), which is scheduled to open in 2021.

Significance of the Investment：
- Mezzanine investment project for condominium development project of Real Asset Development Co., Ltd. of the Thai Summit Group, a major automobile parts company in Thailand.
- Sotetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd of the Sotetsu Group, a company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, participated by providing mezzanine loan.
- The project is located 250 meters from Huai Khwang Station (MRT Blue Line)
